Yesterday i approach to Delhi police regarding this matter they told me that Avinash Jawa is in police custody. This case is now transfered to EOW( Economic offence wing ), Mandir marg, near jhandewalain Newdelhi.
All those victim who has still not filled their complaint are requested to give their written complaint (2 copies )along with all the Xerox copies of documents provided by Decent colonizer to DCP, EOW( Economic offence wing ), Mandir marg, near jhande walan, New Delhi on any working day between 10 AM to 5 PM.
They were unable to provide me the details of court hearing held on 26th Sep 2014 as the concerned official was not available.
If any one knows the status of court hearing held on 26 sep 2014. please share it.
Today i.e 09.10.2014 is date in Dwarka Court at 2.00 P.M. please try to reach there to know the progress and intimate other sufferers.
