Hi Chaitanya, I also bought a flat recently in block C. I am not sure if we have a whats app group, if not may be we can create one and add other owners to discuss on any issues or concern or any thing that we all can get benefit of it. To leave a though group booking on house interior, we can actually look towards it a group booking will help our pockets

Anyone taken loan from SBI to buy the flat in this project?
I have taken the loan from ICICI for this flat last month. You can contact Apparao in Aditya office for loan support from SBI, Axis or any other bank.
