Proplarity Bizlife
Q: This project is located at Noida, sector 62. Location wise, it's the best, no doubt. But I am still in confusion, whether or not to invest there, coz the builder is not that old, and on site(I visited a few days before) construction is not yet started, just they have dug the hole in the land, so it's just the beginning. Please suggest what I should do. I want to invest to earn good rental, and appreciation.

proplarity group is failed to pay the monthly interest as per agreement. The group deducted TDS on interest but not deposited the amount to the income tax department which is serious offence. The group are requested to think over the matter and make the interest payment and return the TDS amount within a week time otherwise stern action may be taken from my side. I am retired from the Noida authority recently. I may report the matter in Noida authority and the group may be in trouble.
