Hi Kousick, I am also searching for 3BHK and am trying to zero in on Nirala Aspire or Mascot Manorath? If you have brought Manorath can you tell me why manorath and why not Aspire? Hi, according to my knowledge, Soho Mascot project is approved by HDFC bank and they are bound tp pay the installments if your loan is sanctioned. What problem are you facing???
From the information I have gathered, Mascot Soho group offers No Pre EMI CLP plan under which developer would pay the EMI for 24 months for your loan. This is attractive but need to confirm few other things before conclusion...
