Real true man !! Believe me - it is not - and not even close to good. We have been talking about maintenance-rate which was 2.5/sqft for last 1.5 years. They are earning money out of it. Out of our pressure they dropped it to 2.0/sqft without giving any reasons. We, residences, had examined the Siddhatown-services account and found it was 1.2/sqft and still they are taking 2.0/sqft. SouthCity (Jadavpur) - probably the best HIG in WestBengal has 2.25/sqft. Can you imagine !! They are forcefully taking Rs-2500/month(including other charges) if you have a 1000sqft flat. You can swim inside the complex at the time of rain. You will not find security in-front of your gate at daytime and they sleep at night after 1AM. One AC of a flat, has been stolen recently. No promised facilities/amenities are completed. If you go by facilities, it would be 1.0/sqft max - not more. Read agreement/deed very carefully before buying a flat here.Real true man !!
