Q: My questions are - 1. Builder is fairly new. Is it advisable to go with this builder? Is galaxy north avenue 1 has any land dispute and any hiccups with construction plan? 2. PSF is around 3500 and possession by May 2017? will it have rental value after that? Is this a good amount to get in. 3. There are some projects in Gaur city 2 which are still on foundation stage and offering a lower PSF. What would be senior members advise on Gaur City 1 vs Gaur City2? 4. What will be a horizon from an investment point of view?

Hi, As per source Galaxy North Avenue II is an upcoming project with international standards. It is an ideal Residential Apartment with the best of amenities. It offers 2 ,3 & 4 BHK apartment area ranging from 1175 sq-ft to 1500 sq-ft. Builder quoted price 3140/sq-ft. The possession is expected to be January 2017. Amazingly affordable price, easily approachable location makes this residential apartments one of the best choice for your home.Gaur City has entered its second phase. Gaur City-2, spanning 112 acres will offer a residential apartments for over 15,000 families. Stadium, Mall and Multiplexes, Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Club, Hotel, Hospital Petrol Pump and School which are a part of the township.
Any thoughts on builder "Galaxy" . Builder is fairly new and we have no developed society delivered by Galaxy yet. Any feedback ?? Also suggest me on currently offered pricing @3500

HI, According to my investment point of view i will say the location is best for investment purpose. The location Noida Extension is located around 4-5 km from Sector 121, Noida. Spread over nearly 3,635 hectare, Noida Extension is basically a name given to certain pockets of Greater Noida by the builders present here. This was done to differentiate the location from Noida and Greater Noida. There are nearly 70-75 projects present in Noida Extension by renowned developers such as Amraplai Group, Gaursons Group, Antariksh Group, Nirala Group, Supertech Developers, Mahagun Developers and AVJ Group among others. Possessions for most of the projects are expected within a period of 2 to 3 years. Most preferred configurations in the sector are 2 and 3BHK. According to source In 2012 this location has 2450/sq-ft price which extremely increased to 3350/sq-ft in 2014. In a certain speed of increasing the price showing the movement of investment & home buying in this locality.
Thanks Geeta for your answer. Galaxy North Avenue 1 in Gaur city 1 has also lauched its last tower for which I have the questions. Will appriciate if you can provide me your thoughts against the above questions
