How to prepare rent agreement if owner stay out of India ?
Q: I want to rent a 1 bhk flat. I have visited a flat through broker but he told me that owner stays out of India. My concern is how to get rent agreement if my owner stay out of India ?

Hi, your owner can authorize someone in India to sign the agreement on his behalf. This can be done through a POA.
