Looking for a 1BHK apartment in Goa
Q: Hi, Can you recommend some good projects in Goa? I am looking for a 1BHK apartment as an investment and a vacation home that could be given on rent as well. My budget is maximum 30K. I would, ideally, want the apartment to be located close (~ 0-1 km) to one of the beaches in Goa. Thanks so much.

Hi, you can also go for Emerald Sangolda Residency by Emerald Developers which offers 1/2/3/4 BHK residential apartments from 730-3600 sq-ft. and the price is Rs. 4500/sq.ft. It is ongoing project and the possession will be January'2015. Location is also good. It is located on Calangute Beach Road, the project is nestled in the green hilly landscape of Sangolda, a heritage village, just a few kms away from North Goa beaches.
Hi, I have a similar requirement except I would like to give it on rent on short term basis like daily as a service apartment. Can you please suggest me some more properties? Swapnil Nandedkar
