Thank you. actually I am having a site which I had registered in 2007/08. I had bought it from Concorde group. The location of the site is entry of the Concorde project site just behind Sutagatti Village. The plot size is 60 x40ft. I wanted to know how much I would get if I sell this property today. Hi Devika, have bought/booked any flat in this Project? While working in Mumbai I had booked 2 BHK @ Marathon Nexzone- Vega. Now the registration is getting bit delayed. Hi, As per my research over this locality, I think the current price is approx Rs 460 to 500 per sq ft. But projects and area are showing no development over the past few years.

Dear Shiva Reddy, Thank you for your prompt reply. I was told that it is around Rs.500/sqft. This is what I heard from Golden Hillock office at Hubli. It must be around 6-7 months back. So I really doubt this hike. Moreover, in Gokul road the site cost is less than this.......hope we both are talking about the same site which is in Karwar road at Anchatageri.
