Latest review for Emami Swanlake, Hyderabad ?
Q: Hi Gautam here, Can anyone give me proper review for Emami Swanlake. I am interested in 2 BHK 1133 sft, being quoted by builder at 3690 INR per sft... plus the extras...reviews regarding development scope, power/electricity, water quality & effects of its close proximity to Gulf Oil Explosives subsidiary, etc.

We have completed many project with big names like, Western Plaza, Sethi Towers, Casa Rouge, Aparna Sarovar, Lanco and many more.

Looks like the project has been delayed. I have also booked a flat in this project and paid 90% of the amount but now I am left wondering when it will be completed.
Agreed They told me by Sept they will complete the whole project but now it looks may be December Ashim Roy
