The Builder claims the project is complete but has lots of legal issues. 1. The STP is not approved for operation hence drainage wwater is pumped on the back side of the apartment that has made a small pond. that will remain permanent now as eeven if treated thats here builder has proposed to drain the treated water. 2. 100m away Tambaram Municipality is constructing a large Sewwage treatment plant hence the odour of that is to stay for ever. 3. Very poor construction quality. leakages are common in every flat here. 4. Document name transfers re pending even after 2 year of occupation. 5. No metro water connection available. 6. No Land line connection available. Also the PACE ANUSA FLAT OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION is trying to get some connection but still in initial stages. 7. Highway noise prevent good sleep and create lots of dust 8. Badminton, Cricket nets, Children Play area garden are all on NHAI land and can go away any time hen there is road expansion Generators washed during floods NO SUPER MARKET, SWIMMING POOL, CCTV, PARLOUR, AEROBICS ROOM ETC... 9.
