Noc with building approval @ madambakkam,Chennai
Q: Hi, any idea about getting noc and building approval at madambakkam,chennai. our plot is in the regulated area after 100 meters from dhenpureeswarar temple. Pls share your details ..we waiting for noc for approval long time..

Hi Sudha, i think it is better to take legal expert's advice who are dealing these kind of cases.
Not all the plots of Ramana nagar are under 300 mtrs. distance from the temple area. If it is beyond 300 mtrs. then NOC is not reqd.
