Hello Sir, Which project are you talking about ? Is it Mantri Park or Serene? Mantri Serene, Goregaon East by Mantri Realty Ltd. offers 1/2/3/4 BHK residential flats. Sizes are varying from 789-2090 sq-ft. and the current price is Rs. 11000-25100/sq-ft. It will cost around Rs. 86.79 lacs to Rs. 5.24 Cr. and the possession date will be December'2014. Mantri Park is a Ready to Move project offers 1/2 BHK residential flats. 1BHK from 728-740 sq-ft and 2BHK from 970-1000 sq-ft. and the current price is Rs. 12150/sq-ft. It will cost around Rs. 88.41 lacs to 1.21 Cr. Both are BMC approved projects and has no legal issues.
I was referring to Mantri Serene, how is the view from there? I'm planning to visit the site next weekend. As far as I've read on website, it has a beautiful view.
