How to get back security deposit
Q: Hi,I was staying as a tenant at D304, Orchard. I left the apartment on 29.08.2017. The lessor is not refunding the security deposit. As per the agreement, it was terminated on 29.08.2017. What should I do?

Latest Answer: Most renters try of asking for their security deposit back and decide to vacate their residences in the hopes of receiving the funds later. Getting the security deposit back in this scenario is far more difficult and will take much longer. When you still own the house, you have a better chance of getting it. This paragraph will not apply to you if your house rent agreement format expressly stipulates that the deposit will be returned to you only after you vacate.
