Is it good to sell a farm/resort land ouside OMR, and buy an apt. in Guindy for myuse/rental?
Q: I have a small farm & resort land overlooking the water close to OMR, in a small village in Thirukakukundram taluk, a short drive from the city. Is it a good idea to sell it and buy an apt. inside the city in Guindy - Considering the difference in these property types with respect to appreciation, income and maintenance requirements. Income and appreciation is what I am mostly looking for in these.
