Looking to rent out apartment for corporate guest house
Q: I have an apartment (2080 sq ft) in Mantri. I am starting wood work now, it will be fully furnished and ready in 3 months Please suggest contacts for renting it out to corporates

Latest Answer: You can talk with the real estate brokers in that area, they can help you in this regard. But before renting your apartment for corporate guest house first you have to take permission from the management, as you are converting your apartment for commercial purpose.
