What is the running rate for apartments in kormangala, single building society?
Q: Trying to sell a 3 bhk 1476 sqft semi furnished apartment in koramangala. What rate can i expect?

Hi Vani, The price of an apartment depends on the age of the property, locality, amenities provided and connectivity. So a 3bhk apartment in Koramangala will give you not less the a crore.
Hey Sishir thanks for the reply. Are you a broker? Just curious to know. I am trying to sell my 3 bhk apartment which is 8 yrs old but well maintained and has gym, car parking, children play area.
