What is the procedure for getting Rental Agreement in Hyderabad?
Q: I have got a property on rent in Hyderabad. The owner and I have to get the lease agreement for period 11 months. The rent of the property is Rs 15000 and the deposit is Rs. 45000 I have a draft of the rental Agreement with all the necessary details.

Mr. Bharath, Thanks for your reply. What i wanted to know is that whether Registration of Rent agreement is mandatory in Hyderabad for 11 months like in Mumbai?
