Hi All I have a plot in sivapriya nagar in attibele and want to sell it. its east facing and 60x40 site. i have heard that the layout has bmrda approval and dc converted i have also paid the taxes and have katha even though the area has not developed as anticipated i believe its a good investment opportunity for the future my question is what would be the best price to quote for the plot ? thanks in advance. karthik S.

Hi,
I'm looking out for plots in Devanahalli and most of the plots are BIAPPA approved. I'm more inclined towards SBI for home loan and was wondering if people from this group have availed plot home loans through SBI in BIAAPA approved layouts?
I've got multiple inputs from SBI HLC, SBI SecCaps, SBI Kormanagala RACPC office.
Few say they do approve.
Few say they don't as BIAAPA is outside Bengaluru and private layouts outside Bengaluru are not being considered by SBI from recent circular (Which I couldnot find anywhere online).
Please share your experience.
