Hi pranab , yes i found this as a good project and one of the reasons is the proximity to the proposed metro station that this project offers. The builder is also good and the project has many features as well like power back up, security, wifi and club,swimming pool , play area etc..
i am not sure if you are aware or not but the builder has made some amendment in the site layout which is not very good. it gona be a high dense society. everything else seems very good with this project
