Latest Answer: Hi Jerome, It is expected that the date of possession will be June'2015. Poddar Evergreen is Badlapur Municipal Council approved project. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved this project. Ample drinking water supply (A separate water connection from the nearby dam has been sanctioned and commissioned for the site). And a separate electrical connection and MSEB transformer has been sanctioned & is being commissioned at the site. Yes, there is a covered car parking for both 2 & 4 wheelers. Open car parking is free.
