Guys, Whoever thinking to buy a property from here, please rethink. The builder already delayed the project about one year. Basic amenities are not done yet. The flat is same as it was in the year of 2013, and the builder is telling next month you will get the flat but next month never coming. Just go and meet the people who bought flat there and waiting. dont make yourself fool by the landlord side of flats too. Landlord selling the flat by saying the share is from the landlord but ultimately builder will build the flat...Go and see the lift, its there from last one year..There is one borwell and the funny part is that no one knows where the amenities will come, you will get different answer.
