dear sir, good evening. this is karthikeyan from coimatore from the banner of KOVAI REAL ESTATE SERVICES. we have one residential property in Bharathi Park, Saibaba colony, coimbatore with litigation between sisters about the sharing of the property which is to be decided by the lok adalat in the near future. under this stage the title owner as well as the possession of the property owner wants to dispose off it since they dont want to go for the lok adalat to wait another 10 or 15 years old which is already waited for them to get positive reply from the lower court in coimbatore. the market value of the property is Rs.3.60 crore of 9 cents north facing with old house.
