They have given the parking charges as 50000.00 in an additional sheet (It has schedule of payments and other details ) attached with provisional allotment order. But they are not giving any written request for 1.55lakhs. They simply ask money when you in person and through phone calls, They claim they have only limited car parking space, if we don't pay the money in cash, they wouldn't give parking space. More over for open discussion with other buyers this site Commonfloor is not displaying this discussion now. Kindly understand, I am not comparing the parking charges between builders. They have quoted car parking charges as Rs50000 during the time of booking. During hand over time they are asking Rs155000. When i contact their office, they give some unacceptable reasons. Meantime I spoke some fellow buyers somebody paid around 85000 and somebody paid around 130000. I don't know how to take it legally.
