Seems this apartment has bathroom floors at height of a step. is it ok?
Q: Modern apartments come with flat bathroom floors which are same height as rest of the apartment. but this one seems that bathrooms are in 6 inch higher than rest of the area. is it good enough or is it bad.

Latest Answer: What about the approvals? Can I avail home loan from State Bank of India for this project? I know the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments. Please share the areas.
