Is Himagiri Residency getting built on SC/ST Granted Land?
Q: There is a pending court case going on since 2006 on Himagiri Silicon City regarding SC/ST land. Is Himagiri Residency also getting built on SC/ST granted land which comes under PTCL Act? A lot of nearby places have court cases going on under SC/ST PTCL Act. Has anyone verified this?

Banks only checks for last 30 years record. Land Grants generally have been given since 1920. We cannot depend on Bank Approvals.
