You know me as coordinator to NSSWO (a JNU Society) for IRIDIA project at sector 86 Noida. I am also one of the allotee in the project and am effected by the ongoing issues between the Noida Authority and builder of the project.
In the view of ongoing issue we feel that you all are clueless and in a state of confusion, therefore, some of us have decided to meet for the following
1. To form a Buyers Welfare Association/Group to represent all buyers in the project
2. To formulate our strategy during this period of crises: i) How to involve ourselves in the process of court hearing as at the end of the day we are who are being effected the most
ii) How to make the Bank consider this period as Zero Period for us and restrain it to disburse any further payment to the builder as well as does not mention this as default on our part.(on cibil etc)
3. To formulate a strategy to safeguard our hard earned money etc

I am Advocate Vaibhav Mahajan, Delhi High Court, and have represented many clients successfully against Ekdant Builders by lodging FIR against them, in past to get their refund back.
Presently i have 2-3 clients wanting refund in Horizon Iridia. I am looking for more such people to make a group.

this project has been stopped. Noida Authority has declined the approval & the construction has been stoped. thos who have invest in this project pls share your number or email id

You are right. IRIDA Project in Sec 86, has been stopped. I visited site on 14th Jan 2015 and there is no further construction on it. Noida Authority has stopped construction. We need to make a group for compensation and refund on money.

Hi Sasmita,
As per my knowledge , this project has been stopped. Noida Authority has declined the approval & the construction has been stooped. So those who have invested on this project , they will get their money with interest as per court order. So if any one planning to invest on this project kindly wait & contact previous house owners or investors for latest information.

i have invested in 3+1 (1500 sqft) 1 year back but this project construction is stopped from last 1 month. i visited recently (January 4th, 2014).
is there any more people who has already invested?
