Q: I have selected a property on 4th floor of the building. The building plan is approved by grham panchyata. The land is approved by BDA. Is grham panchayat authorise to approve any plan for the fourth floor. The property is B kHATHA and the dealer is not ready to provide me the occupancy certificate. As per dealer the property area will come under BDA and the property will get approved by akarma sakrama. Can you please suggest the risk associate with this property and should i purchase such property or not?
