Q: I would like to know about the builders and this project. Any idea about how is the new launch Trifecta Esplanade?

This builder is not good. I have seen his previous projects those are pathetic!!!! . They have started company named Adithya Construction and close the company and opened new company as Trifecta .. never ever purchase any flat . I have visited Adithya Elixir doddanekundi project. he didnt even given amenities he promised . he is biggest cheater in Bangalore.This builder is not good. My comments to replies
Trifecta Esplanade will have 426 two and three BHK apartments all in the vicinity of IT Parks, Malls and some of Bangalore’s finest schools.
Do not trust any guy . he never built anything which is approved by BBMP. Go check his previous projects of Adithya Construction.

Even I have visited as a gust about builder work and its really pathetic.
