Q: Puravankara is cheating the unsuspecting owners with misleading advertisements and schemes. I have purchaed 2 Apartments at Purava Eternity in September 2013 under the so call POP scheme. In normal sense the possession means, apartment ready for occupation and full use by the owners. But for Puravankara it is just another way to fool apartment owners and get all their money, with the apartment being ready for our use. We will be lucky if the apartments are ready for occupancy by at least December 2013. Owners need to group together and approach State CONSUMER PROTECTION AND NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, to get compensation for the delays and interest cost we paid on EMIs
