i entered an agreement with builder to buy
Q: a flat in Hyderabad for Rs53 lakhs. the government valuation is 33 lakhs. What would be the total registration charges.

Latest Answer: You have to pay Rs. 371000 for registration. Yes, the registration fee for open land and house will be different. If the land is gram panchayat approved then the charges would be little less. For land registration charges it would be 4% of total price and for house it would be 6 to 7 % of total price of your house.
