There are common walls in Block B. There will be at least one wall shared between two flats for sure. Does this property has all the necessary legal clearance? Like CC, OC, POA, A Katha? I am planning to buy one apartment which they are quoting at Rs. 45 lakh for 2 bhk. Please share your opinion.
