Q: Request for Feedback / Review from buying prospect in Magnolia Prestige in Kolkata by " MAGNOLIA INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED " . If any existing known issues or Challenges in it anybody knows of or people who have purchased will be helpful.

Magnolia Prestige is popular residential developments in Rajarhat, Kolkata. It is among the ongoing projects of Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. So far i didn't heard any negative review about the project. If you are planning to buy, i think you should go heard..
Hi - its a n approved project from HDFC and HDFC is very strict in its guidelines. Any body looking for any home loans plz contact or any query.
