The builders is not good ,I am staying in one of the apartment they constructed.They don't keep their promises.Whatever they build other than the main building id just for name.The building quality is very bad. Are you from builder side? Can you give details on the reputation of the builders? is it same as srimitra in Hyderabad ?
I am experiencing the construction quality and its very poor.Its more than one year and Gym is still pending even thought the flats are all soldout. My commodes are not fitted properly,storage tanks leaking,cracks in walls,leveling is very bad,swimming pool is leaking these are just few to name.Dont trust them.
