Kharghar, Ulve, Taloja, Navi Mumbai and Virar.
Q: Hello everyone, I am looking to buy a 2BHK property preferably in Kharghar, Ulve, Taloja, Navi Mumbai and Virar. I am not sure whether to go with Virar as I have heard lot of issues with water, electricity etc. I have stayed more than 15 years in Nalasopara and always faced water shortage, low shedding etc. Ive heard that in the next 5-6 years virar is going to be a major hub like churchgate.. is this true? Can someone shed some light on these areas? Which area is the best in terms rent and connectivity? My budget is 50 lacs and can be extended if need be. Can someone also advise of some good projects that are coming up in the above areas? Many thanks.
