How safe are Dreamz Project?
Q: I want to book 2BHK in Dreamz Siddhi Vinayak, how safe will it be??? Any one with experience kindly guide me in respect to Dreamz Projects. I have heard some negative talks on this builder and m sceptical. I really like the projects but m wary of my hard earned money. Please some one guide me if its safe to invest there.

Thank you parag for your valuable tips....My budget is around 25 lakhs....and in that meagre budget of mine, i found Dreamz Infra within my budget....But i m quite disheartened by the negative comments m hearing about it...on the other hand the customer reviews in sites like commonfloor, 99 acres are really good. so m really confused...
