builder not giving posession
Q: builder is not doing registration and not giving possession, construction work is stopped, how to get back the paid money with interest. Please advice the steps, is there any law.

Stamp duty and registration issue
Q: Builder is not doing stamp duty and registration since last 4 months. Is everything well with this project, please let me know I m interested to invest

Latest Answer: Hi, As per my knowledge, you should directly approach to the builder and discuss about this issue. According to source construction is going on. This is a VVCMC approved project & expected possession is around August 2015.
