Is Ittina Neela Apartment free from legal issues and it is a good move to go to purchase a reasale flat in Block B.
Q: Please provide sanctioned floor plan copy for Ittina Neela Block B as it is must required for valuation purpose.

My comments to replies
I have never heard any negative comments about the project. As far as I know the project is good and safe to invest. Big gated community with all basic facilities available within the community and it is very close to IT companies. More than 1000 families are staying in this project.
