For your information i have booked the flat in 24th December 2011 at project site THE GEM GROW OMR Project padur. Money transferred on Monday 26th December 2011 to Ms. Grove OMR Properties Pvt Ltd and they have told me the project will complete in 2 year but still now nothing us happened also i have paid as per the payment team 90% of the total value of the project ….August 2013 the flat registered to my name. When i meet them December 2014 they have told me many story ...and the project will complete in Jun 2015 … two day back I have send e mail to them they have send me e mail now the project will complete on August 2015 … they just keep changing the date
