I am planning to buy flat. Owner of flat has completed sale deed. and in that apartment society is not handed over by the builder. now if i buy the flat from the owner then do i need pay any charges to builder on account of transfer fee or society transfer fee . if yes what is that amountI am planning to buy flat.
