Dont buy this property
Q: Hello, I would request anyone not to invest your hard earned money in Passion Elite. The marketing guys are very cunning Farhan and Sayeed and the builders are cheaters. Once booking is done youll face problems. It is not just minor problems. The construction quality is very very poor and there are cracks in all the walls. They have used very cheap quality. Dont invest here unless you want to ruin your life. Take this as sincere advise. To verify yourself, just go to passion elite 1 and check most of the apartments in top floor like 302,303, etc,,,There are so mancy cracks in all the apartments because of substandard quality.

Please do-not invest in Passion Elite or any other property of the builder N. Naidu.
Q: Please do-not invest in Passion Elite or any other property of the builder N. Naidu. He is working with his brother Vishwa. The property they build is of sub standard third grade quality. The marketing people Sayeed, Farhan and Tyagraj are very cunning and will change color once payment is made. Please dont invest in Passion Elite or any property of builder N. Naidu unless you want to loose your sanity and peace of mind. Please take this as sincere advice.
