Hi Mirza Ali, As per my knowledge, Pyramid Residency is one of the popular residential plot project in Yamuna Expressway. This project offers plot, area ranging from 720 sq-ft to 22500 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 725/sq-ft. This is a on road project , so better inner city connectivity. This project is very much suitable for long term investment. This will be a complete town ship project, where you will find all daily basic amenities in the same compound, which includes commercial complex & ATM .
Please have a site visit . Just see the Olympic size swimming pool and the 5 star quality commercial complex. Its outstanding. Please go. !!
