Latest Answer: Buyers will get scarred for investing in Hyderabad as there are some agents who are notorious. They enter in the name of getting u flat then they with their sugar coated words & promises will take huge sum for carpentry,interiors & other Misc.work , but will vanish after an inferior quality work. This has happened to us with one Mr Bharat Sawale who works in group with Mr Narendar Bhatti & Mr Vikas and they neatly pocketed Rs 2.5Lacs for carpentry, interiors & misc work in 2BHK flat in Kondapur but damaged the flat tiles walls etc... and delivered a most inferior quality finished work with cracks & damages, since this has happened to us WOULD LIKE TO PUT A WORD OF CAUTION TO ALL OTHERS NOT TO GET TRAPPED WITH THESE KIND GUYS. As lpng as this kind of real estate agents exist in Hyderabad it will be difficult for any development. viji To be given wide publicity so that at least other innocent customers dom't get cheated by this goons.
