Are there any legal or any other issue with RKC Subrabath in Vadapalani?
Q: Project was launched in 2013 but still many units available. With a hot location like that I'm surprised it is not sold out yet. Appreciate if you can share some information..

Hi Rajagopalan, I think there is no legal issues but the thing is that the cost of projects is quite high so that it will take some time in respect to other projects. Luxury apartment project located 10 Minutes from Anna Nagar close to the bustling 200 Feet Inner Ring Road. The project comprises of 10 exceptionally well designed 1HK,2BHK and 3BHK apartments in two blocks in which 1 bhk is sold out and few units are available in 2 and 3 BHK units.
Hi Madhukar, Thanks for your reply..Can you share more details about the other luxury project that you have mentioned? I'm looking for a 3 bedroom apartment..
