Is parking considered as Floor in panchayat approved layout
Q: Panchayat is approved G+2 plan for one building. According to builder Parking is not considered as floor in Panchayat layout. Actual built plan is parking+G+2. is there any legal concerns with the flat loacted on 3rd floor i.e G+2. Property tax has been paid every year.

Whole plan is under litigation WA3070/2018, BBMP has submitted in court the plan is obtained by suppression of previous sanction plan of 2001 in the whole property of 53/1 and 53/2.
