I am planing to buy a 1460 sqft 2 bhk appt in VVR nest,just wanted to check on property worth
Q: I am planing to buy a 1460 sqft 2 bhk appt in VVR nest,just wanted to check on current price on the area and general feedback abt the appt ...the flat i m planing to buy in land owner flat ,will tat have any impact..also hows the construction quality and wat are the future appreciation changes of the property.

Hi Mrinal, I would like to suggest you do all your due diligence before booking you flat in VRR Nest, Hosur Road, Bangalore. Ask for all the legal approvals and verify it by a property lawyer. Better, if you visit the society and ask some owners who are residing in it. You can better idea.
