Thank you all for your replies. I understand that area is great but I was concerned about the builder. They do not seem to have a lot of experience or other projects and this particular project is in soft launch for about 8 months and is still in soft launch. I really like the area for investing but am just a little concerned if I should go ahead with the Exotica group.
