Has anyone booked a flat in Vasavi Brindavanam in Motinagar by Shreemukh Builders ? How is the builder reputation ? Does it have all the required approvals ?
Hi All, thanks for your replies. The project has 7 towers with G+8 floors. He has already constructed towers 3,4,5,6, unto 7 floors and says he is waiting for the 8th floor approval. The towers 2 and 7 are under contruction and at the moment on the 2nd floor. I m planning to buy on the 6-7 floor . Hi All.. As of today.. I would give it a second taught to recommend to buy a flat here. They started compromising on the finish part starting from washroom tiles, balcony tiles and internal fittings.. Poor selection process with no choices..

Hi Sriram, many of us i.e. flat members find the project good and the progress is going good. We are hoping that we will get the handover by March 2016 as was promised. Coming to the finishing part, I find it good too. You may plan to visit the site once and see the progress and decide. I m happy with the choice I have made.
