I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I booked 2 flats with gruhakalyan in rose2 project. After seeing the reviews i cancelled my booking. Now waiting for the refund of my advance amount Rs10000.00
I booked in rose-2 project.. wondering what to do Pathetic Response time. they dont value any commitment given by themselves.
