How good is Skylark Ithaca for investment

Hi Priotosh/Rameswari - Thanks for info. But mainly concerned about track record of the builder as I see post where owners where not happy with communication and quality of work by Skylark. So wanted to get opinion from experts on this.
Hi Gopi Now L&T is construction partner for ithaca apartment, So I dont think there will be any quality issue.
